Legacy designed the founding gesto. The distant past of the city, or the history of this land conquered from the water, dictated the implantation of these perpendicular bodies to the river. Imprisoning a square, public space, and a "mass" of air that signifies the building. It draws from vertical elements; modulation, structure, infrastructure, solar protection, resolves the whole building. Variable profiles subtly model themselves in a smooth, continuous relief design, where layers delicately insinuate themselves.
The mutable design varies with the light, the twilight or the shadow and with a point of view that finds it more prominent or flatter, from more opaque and mysterious, to more transparent and revealing the pulsating life inside.
The gesto resolves the project, protecting work space with courtyards in the vertical and public functions in the horizontal square.
