About Lisbon Cruise Terminal

The project designed by Carrilho da Graça was inaugurated on November 10, 2017.

It integrates the new Gare Marítima and the Santa Apolónia Cruise Terminal, being distinguished in 2017 with the Valmor and Municipal Architecture Award — one of the most important architecture awards at a national level.

Its main qualities are flexibility, accessibility, safety, environmental quality, and comfort. It has an area of 13,800 m2 which, combined with the Santa Apolónia terminal building, is served by a 1,490-metre-long port with the capacity to receive ships of various types and dimensions with a draught of up to 12 metres.
