ProFuture - CCL Maceira

We want to minimise the impact of our operations by increasing energy efficiency in facilities and equipment, and by using alternative fuels.
What is the project about?

O ProFuture - CCL Maceira aims to convert Line 6 to reduce the consumption of fossil fuels, increase the consumption of alternative fuels and use green hydrogen (H2) in the production of clinker.

 

 

Global Benefits:

 

  • Zero Fossils (90 % Alternative Fuels + 10 % green H2)
  • Energy Efficiency (reduction in energy consumption by around 20.8%)
  • Decarbonization (reduction of CO2 emissions by around 30.3%)
  • Jobs: an additional 288 jobs (direct and indirect) during project execution - 50 highly qualified jobs.
